That will never happen only becase the movie was so successful. I justt finished his latest book "Prey". It was pretty good. I have always liked the fact that he goes into great detail and learns about the subject he is writing about so the book can be more realistic.

"The Theory of Poker" - David Sklansky
"Caro's Book of Poker Tells" - Mike Caro
"The Diamond Age : Or, a Young Lady's Illustrated Primer" - Neal Stephenson
"Pattern Recognition" - William Gibson
"Japanese for Dummies" Go a head and laugh. It was given to me so I figured, what the hell.
"The Fellowship of the Ring" - JRRT

Maybe I should read more of a few books rather then a litle of a lot of books... oh well.

Tribulation Fource Second book of the left behind series

I think I might re read the Belgariad, Malloreon, Elenium, and Tamuli series. There is 16 books in the four series I just named by David Eddings. I really like them.

Belgariad, 5 books, and Malloreon, 5 books, share the same charaters and world. Belgariad starts first in the time line if you want to read them.

Elenium, 3 boks, and Tamuli, 3 books, share the same charaters and world. Elenium starts this series of in the time line.

How is that Pattern Recognition book profink?

Yeah I like that. And how he doesn't make his books too smart for you to read and understand. He dosen't write above your head. I like being able to understand what he is trying to convey.

i really noticed that with JP...the scene when Malcolm is explaining Choas Theory to Gennaro...he explains everything in a manner that we can get it,too....so it's not just a bunch of techo-babble.

Finally picked up a novel, and hopefully, I'll find the time to finish it. It's Steve Martini's "The Jury". I've read a lot of his other legal thrillers.

Seduced By Moonlight/Meredith Gentry Series~Laurell K. Hamilton

A little more provocative than your typical novel oabout fairies and their holdings, diologue heavy, intricately descriptive, but it's quite engrossing, especially towards the middle...

A brief character perspective...

"I am Meredith Gentry, P.I. and Princess Merry, heir to the throne of Fairie. Now there are those among me who whisper I am more. They fear me even as they protect me. And who can blame them? I?ve awakened the dazzling magic that's slumbered in them for thousands of years. But the thing is, I can't figure out why.My aunt, the Queen of Air and Darkness, is no longer distracted by her usual sadistic hobbies. Her obsession has turned unwaveringly to me. The mission to get me pregnant and beat my cousin Prince Cel to the crown is taking longer than expected. Even though I spend each night with the Queen's Ravens, my immortal guards, no child has come of our decadent pleasures. But something else is happening. My magic courses through me uncontrollably. And as I lock my half-mortal body with their full-Sidhe blooded ones, the power surges like never before. It all began with the chalice. I dreamed of it, and it appeared, cool and hard, beside me when I awoke. My guards know the ancient relic well. Its disappearance ages ago stripped them of their vital powers. But it is here with us now. My touch resonates with its force, and they're consumed with it, their Sidhe essences lit up by it. But even as they cherish me for this unexpected gift, there are those who loathe me for it. Me, a mongrel, only half fey and part mortal. The Unseelie court has suffered for so long, and there are some who would not have it weakened further by an impure queen. My enemies grow in number every day. But they do not know what I am capable of. Nor, for that matter, do I. . . ."

Finally on a reading roll. Finished Tim Green's "The Fifth Angel" (very interesting, though farfetched). Now reading Howard Roughan's "The Up and Comer". Very interesting thus far.

How to make love the Donald Trump way: How I became a gazillionaire.

Ok, I'm lying. But I bet that book would be good.
