I don't know -- I'm puzzled by the passage of time. On my other forum, some people thought 1-1/2 years had passed, looking at the age of his granddaughter. Still trying to get a definitive answer.

I thought the daughter said how long he has been undergoing treatment in the first hour. I had figured that they used that line to establish some kind of timeline but I could be wrong on everything. It would seem it would have to be more than a couple months for them to get a fully working NY CTU up and running and for agent Walker to fall that far.

It feels like Jack has been taking a backseat to Renee so far. We need badass Jack!

EP - I have felt that way since last season. Jack doesn't seem to be the main character anymore.

I kind of feel the same way. He needs a wake up call and hopefully soon he gets it by watching Renee kick ass and take names. Does anyone else find the side story with the blond CTU agent and her hick friend? It seems like a real waste of time.

There is always, always a C-story in 24 that bother many people. It doesn't bug me because I expect it and it's intense enough. However, there will never ever be a C-story as bad as the mountain lion from season 2. [ This message was edited by: wd40 on 2010-02-01 10:37 ]

That is probably true WD, but my point was this C-Story seems especially bad. I guess it could duck tail somehow into the main story but it seems a waste of time and a waste of the female character. I also do not like the other two male characters at the new CTU. The head guy is an idiot and the other computer guy gives me the creeps.

So there it is. It's over. This season has been all over the map, but damn if the last few episodes haven't been nail bitingly awesome and crazy. Decent bow out to Jack considering they didn't plan on a series finale.
